Use your phone to withdraw money from an ATM ot Equitey Agent
Simply use the following easy steps:
Withdrawing from an Equity agent
- Select My Money in the Equitel menu
- Select Withdraw Money
- Select Agent Withdraw
- Select Account
- Enter Agent Number
- Enter amount
- Confirm details
- Enter your Pin
Withdrawing from an ATM
- Press the Equity Button on an Equity Bank Atm machine.
- Enter your Equitel phone number.
- Select/Type amount of money you want to withdraw from an ATM machine.
- You will receive a pop-up message on your phone asking you to confirm that you want to withdraw the amount requested. Select Yes.
- Enter your pin on your phone. The cash you requested for will be dispensed by the ATM machine.
